I have been a customer for many years and I keep giving them benefit over doubt. I send my sheet sets-4 pillowcases and top/bottom sheet. I am ( in this cleaning missing some pillowcases and top sheets. I asked them to confirm this shipment contained that amount. Well they did confirm, they said but it’s obvious they did not. I sent a cashmere hand knit sweater that cost 470 for the cashmere and the shop I buy my yarn from estimated over 400 in labor. They WASHED it and not dry cleaned it. They totally ruined it and gave me 400. Credit. Had to be thrown away. Only to get my delivery with missing items that were supposed to be verified. The connivence of pick up and delivery is absolutely not worth it!
I Travel quite a distance to come to this place, I would recommend this place to anyone specially if you have a garment that is special to you in my book they’re the best
